It only recently has become a fully-fledged democracy, and you can see there are still many political problems due to corruption and the current democratic process in Thailand. However; Thailand is a beautiful country, with many wonderful sights, and the food is like no other.. almost a fusion between east and west - the thai food is something that not many people forget!
